WAYS OF SHIPMENT

We have thought two possibilities of shipment that it should be choosen when order will be done:

1. Normal Courrier
2. Express Courrier


COSTS OF SHIPMENT

By normal courrier, price list permits reduced cost of shipment. Anyway fees will be calculated in automaitc way and they are indicated as specific voice into order confirmation, so it will be always very easy to check Fee is determinated by total weight of goods and by destination of them.
In case of breaking or tampering , it must be refused packing of goods, so we can require a reimbursement to suppliers of that service and guarantee a new shipment.

TIMES OF DELIVERY

Normal courrier. Times of delivery must be considered merely indicative, they are subjected to some modifications and beyond our’s control, they are:

Italy - from 3 till 6 days (excepted Sundays)
Europe - from 4 till 8 days (excepted Sundays)
North America - from 5 till 10 days (excepted Sundays)
Rest of World - from 5 till 12 days (excepted Sundays)

Express courrier. Normally shipment is done within 48 hours from order (excluded Suandays) (excepted cities not well connected, 72 hours)
